About Us

Buckalew Hospitality was founded in Orlando, FL in April 2005. Since then, we have proudly partnered with meeting planners to provide expert on-site support for professionally executed events. Working side-by-side with planners, we seamlessly manage all aspects of on-site meeting operations, including registration, transportation, hospitality desks, food and beverage coordination, and general session and breakout room management.

 

We also supply planners with skilled temporary staff trained across a wide range of roles, including registration agents, badge and credential scanners, room and line monitors, receptionists, show office support, transportation and shuttle coordinators, tour assistants and guides, auction support staff, clerks, ushers, bag stuffing crews, and much more. Whatever the role requires, our team is ready to deliver.

 

Our staff have supported events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings of 10 to large-scale productions exceeding 117,000 registrants, at venues across the country. With access to a network of over 5,000 independent temporary staff nationwide, we are equipped to meet the demands of virtually any event, anywhere.
