About Us

Buckalew Hospitality was founded in Orlando, FL in April of 2005. Since then we would partner with meeting planners to provide on-site support to professionally planned meetings. We have worked side-by-side with planners to successfully run their on-site meeting operations. We assist with registration, transportation, hospitality desks, food and beverage and meeting and breakout management. In addition to professional on-site meeting management, we supply meeting planners with temporary on-site support staff to assist them in preparing meeting materials and bags, run hospitality and registration desks, monitor rooms, load buses and direct attendees. We have staffed meetings from 10 people to 5,000 people all over the country. We have access to over 5,000 independent temporary staff all over the country. Our team is well trained in hospitality and meeting operations and understand what it takes to run a successful meeting.
