Buckalew Hospitality Onboarding Package
Thank you for choosing to join Buckalew Hospitality as an On-Site Event Staff. In order to help us with payroll and other employment compliance, we partner with
TriNet. Your paycheck or direct deposit will be processed by TriNet. To expedite the onboarding
process, we ask that you complete your employee profile. This is a three-part process:
- You will complete the brief employee profile on the next page. This will enable us to create a profile on your behalf in TriNet
- You will need to gather the documents necessary to prove you are authorized to work in the United States. If you are a US Citizen, the
most common document used is a Passport or a combination of Driver’s License and Social Security card. The are other documents you can use, and they are listed below. You will have four options to
get those documents to us for verification. If you are not a US citizen but authorized to work in the US, we might need further documentation depending on your situation/status.
- You will complete the EEO Voluntary Ethnicity Disclosure form. We are required to ask this, but you can choose to decline to answer, if you prefer not to answer just select decline to
disclose.
After you complete the initial onboarding process, you will receive a welcome email from TriNet within 24
hours.
- In this email you will be asked to log into TriNet and complete an I-9.
- Please follow the steps to complete your profile. This is best done on a computer. If you must use a phone, do it via your browser and not the TriNet mobile
app.
- Once you complete the i9, you can also set up direct deposit and change your deductions on your W4 via your TriNet profile.
- Please save your TriNet log in credentials as you can use this to access a copy of your paystubs, make address changes and access your W2 after the start of the
new year
- Our payday is Thursday, if you set up Direct Deposit you will receive your payment on this day. If you do not set up direct deposit, you will receive a paper check by default and those generally
arrive on Saturday or Monday.
